The firm does not utilize a fund structure and is not required by its capital base to exit relationships with partners on any pre-determined timelines.

ROBERT FIELDS

Bob is an operating executive focused on strengthening core operations and driving sustainable growth across Parc Capital portfolio companies. He combines more than 30 years of investment and operating expertise with a hands-on approach, partnering with legacy companies to enhance performance through disciplined execution and long-term value creation.

He brings a fundamentals-driven philosophy grounded in free cash flow generation and focuses on building enduring value in high-quality businesses. His industry experience includes manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, real estate, and asset management, and he has spent much of his career working in highly entrepreneurial environments.

He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, is a licensed CPA (inactive), and previously served on the Board of Directors of Steris Corporation (NYSE: STE).
